Our aim is to deliver your purchases to you within 2-3 working days (excluding weekends, Bank Holidays. However there are some items that we may need to order from our suppliers which are clearly displayed with delivery times of 10-14 days. Also, please allow slightly longer for the busier periods at Christmas and during the sales.

If for any reason we can't do this we'll get in touch to let you know what is happening and why. If there is a problem with the availability of your chosen goods our customer services staff will let you know the likely delivery date. (You also have the option of alternative products or a refund).

In most instances the parcel will not be left without a signature. Please provide us with a delivery address where the parcel can be signed for between the hours of 9:00am and 5:30pm. we are happy to arrange delivery to your place of work if this is convenient.

If you are out when our couriers call they will leave a card and you can phone to arrange a convenient time for redelivery.

What Assurances do I have?:

All orders are sent on a signature required service, either By Royal Mail (Second Class) or By FedEx UK.

Your order can also be tracked online through our website, just vist the "order tracking" section of your account page.
